If you're in the Boulder or Denver area, an Endurance Science Labs coach can run the full sprint + step-test protocol with you in person. We bring the meter, the strips, the cooling, and the experience to make sure the numbers are clean — and we walk you through your results.

What's included

Lactate meter, strips, lancets, alcohol prep, gauze, fan — you just bring yourself and your bike or running shoes.
◈ Sprint lactate test
15-second all-out sprint with blood samples before and after, catching the peak window most home protocols miss.
◉ Lactate Step Test
Full 5-minute-stage step test on your bike or a treadmill — we handle the timing, sampling, and stage cues while you focus on the effort.
⬡ Profile walk-through
Your VO₂max, sustainable threshold, easy-zone limit, fat-burning sweet spot, and personal training zones — explained in plain language with training implications.

Sessions run about 90 minutes including warm-up, both tests, and the results walk-through. Bring a snack and water for after.
